Step 1: Apply
Call (888) 986-7262 for a Home Uplift application. Complete the application and send it to the address listed on the application.

Step 2:  Energy Audit
Once your application is processed, an energy advisor from the TVA EnergyRight® Program will call you to schedule an energy audit. That is how it is determined if your home qualifies for the program. Your home will be examined, looking at areas such as heating and cooling equipment, duct systems, insulation levels and lighting. If your home qualifies for upgrades, you will be contacted to discuss beginning work on your home.

Step 3:  Upgrades and Inspection
A contractor will be assigned to complete the work.  Once complete, an energy advisor from TVA EnergyRight® will inspect the work, ensure everything is done correctly, and answer any questions you might have about the upgrades.

To be eligible to apply, your family must meet these requirements:

• Be a BrightRidge customer
• Own a single-family home
• Meet income qualifications

Your home upgrades could include:

• Air sealing
• Attic insulation
• High-efficiency heat pump
• High-efficiency air conditioner
• Duct replacement/repair
• Building envelope insulation
• High-efficiency lighting
• Heat pump water heater
• Appliances
• Whole-house ventilation
• Windows
