Residential Service: Electric 

Start Residential Service

To apply for new electric service, please follow the steps listed below. Service requests received after 3pm will be processed the next business day. If you have any application questions, please contact a Customer Service Representative at (423) 952-5000 or by emailing smarthub@brightridge.com

  1. Please read the New Service Agreements
  2. Complete this form to request electric service to an existing meter.
  3. Attach an image of valid driver's license or state issued ID and a Proof of Ownership/Occupancy/Lease Agreement document using the file upload. Click here for upload instructions.
  4. Submit the form by signing electronically and selecting the "finish" button.
  5. Once you complete the form, a copy will be emailed to you for your records.
