5 cups applesauce
6 cups sugar
1 box (small) strawberry Jello
Mix well and cook 12 minutes. Add cinnamon to taste. Store in sterile jars and freeze.

6-8 apples cut into quarters and placed in 2-quart baking dish and sprinkled with nutmeg
1 box tapioca pudding (Kroger brand)
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 stick butter
Mix pudding, sugar and water. Cook until it changes color. Add the 1/4 stick of butter and pour over apples. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Very good.

1 package fresh cranberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup cranberry juice
zest of 1 orange
2 cups sugar
Combine all ingredients in a medium size sauce pan. Will come to a foam. cook for about 10 minutes until berries pop, stirring the whole time. Refrigerate. Note: this is best made the day before you intend to serve it.
