Easy Crispy Hot Dogs

Hot dogs
1-2 cups crushed Corn Flakes
1/2 - 1 cup ketchup

"Lightly" spiral cut hot dogs.  Put toothpicks in the ends.  Roll in ketchup then Corn Flake crumbs.  Put on a cookie sheet.  Spray with Pam first.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.  Dip in mustard or Ketchup to eat.  Good activity for kids, minus cutting the hot dogs.


Homemade Tartar Sauce

1/2 cup Kraft Mayo 
3 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 1/2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
about 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 packet Great Value no-calorie sweetener (Do not use Splenda.  It changes the taste.)

Mix well and chill slightly.  


Bacon Mushroom Crowns

40 medium mushrooms
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup corn chips crushed
2 garlic cloves crushed

Remove mushroom stems and chop.  Combine with remaining ingredients.  Fill mushroom caps.  Place on baking pan stuffing side up.  Broil 5 to 7 minutes, or until light brown and bubbly.
