Key Account Program
The BrightRidge Key Accounts Program was developed to establish a business relationship with commercial customers and help grow business in our community. Although all customers are of utmost importance, large commercial and industrial users have many special needs concerning power usage. Key accounts are those customers who use a minimum of 200 kW or greater.
Through our Key Accounts Program, a BrightRidge representative is assigned to your account as a primary contact. Key Account Representatives can assist with the following requests, including but not limited to:

- Billing issues
- Energy audits
- HVAC recommendations
- BrightRidge programs and services
- Lighting recommendations
- Metering questions
- Power factor analyses
- Power quality concerns
- Outage information
- Rate information and analyses
- Technical assistance
- Infrared scanning
