Are BrightRidge’s Broadband Services available in my area?
Determine which phase your business is in via our Address Verification Tool. BrightRidge plans to offer fiber-optic and fixed wireless services to its customers via an 8-year roll-out plan. By the end of FY2026, over 61,000 BrightRidge customers will have high-speed access.

How do I sign up for broadband service?
Simply call our Customer Service Department at (423) 952-5000, or apply online here. Be sure to have your account information when you do, as it is required during the signup process. We look forward to speaking with you!

How long will it take to set up the service?
We can typically install service within three to five days of placing an order. Once we’ve determined that the service will work at your location, it takes about two to three hours to complete the installation.

Do I need to be on site for my install?
Someone over the age of 18 is required to be at the business for the full duration of the installation. It’s always best if that person will be the primary account owner/user of the services. BrightRidge personnel will provide training on the use and features of our product at this time.
