Agenda & Minutes Archive

Board meeting minutes are posted to the BrightRidge website following approval by the Board of Directors.  Agendas and minutes are archived on the website for public viewing.  Board meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month beginning at 4:15pm at BrightRidge.

Annual Report Archive

BrightRidge is required to have an independent audit of its financial statements each year.  The audited financial statements are submitted to the TVA and the State of Tennessee Comptroller’s Office each year for approval.  TVA is the regulatory authority for BrightRidge, as well as 150+ other local power companies.
