Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated § 10-7-503(g) and BrightRidge policy, BrightRidge strives to efficiently provide access and assistance to persons requesting to view or receive copies of public records in accordance with the Tennessee Public Records Act (TPRA).
It is the intent of BrightRidge management that the policy be made available for inspection and duplication, that the policy be reviewed annually, and that the policy be applied consistently across BrightRidge corporate divisions and departments. Review the BrightRidge Public Records Policy HERE.

Electronic Signature Agreement
