TVA EnergyRight® Services
TVA EnergyRight® Residential Services is a residential energy efficiency program providing you with a simple way to make your existing home as energy efficient as possible. Financing for qualifying home upgrades is available through Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance. An optional post-installation heat pump inspection is also available through TVA.

Steps to Participate in TVA EnergyRight® Residential Services

Step 1: Registration
Register online: www.energyright.com or call 855-237-2673. When registering online, select "Register Your Home".

Step 2: Contact a Quality Contractor Network (QCN) Member to get started.
Select a contractor from the Quality Contractor Network (QCN) list to get started on the work they want to do. A contractor can discuss options and program details with you. Click HERE for list.

Step 3: Apply for Financing
Contact Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance at 888-893-8792 or online HERE to complete the loan application. Loan paperwork may be completed online.

Step 4: Optional Evaluation and Inspection(s)
You may receive an optional Home Energy Evaluation and heat pump inspection (if applicable) from a TVA-certified Home Energy Advisor to ensure a quality installation. This will include a customized list of upgrades. The advisor may also install instant savings measures, such as energy saving LED light bulbs.
