BrightRidge monitors its social media sites and responds accordingly during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. BrightRidge increases posting frequency on Twitter and Facebook in the event of widespread power outages as time and resources are available. However, always report power outages via SmartHub or by calling (423) 952-5000 as social media sites may not be monitored around-the-clock.
